Our mentorship program helps employees learn from each other, build connections across teams, and support personal and professional development.

Participation is voluntary. Mentoring can be useful for learning about the organization, developing skills, exploring career options, or connecting with colleagues in other areas.

For information about career development and mentoring opportunities, see the Career Development page in the HR wiki.

What is a mentor?

A mentor is an experienced colleague who is willing to share knowledge, answer questions, and provide guidance.

Mentors are not managers and are not expected to have all the answers. Their role is to support learning and development through regular conversations and knowledge sharing.

What can mentors help with?

  • Understanding the company and its culture
  • Navigating internal processes and tools
  • Learning technical or professional skills
  • Career development discussions
  • Building a professional network
  • Sharing lessons learned and best practices
