The company has grown from a small team focused on solving practical problems for its customers into an organization of around 500 people working across several locations.

As we have grown, we have tried to keep the mindset that shaped the company in the beginning: understand what people need, solve problems pragmatically, and build things that are useful in practice.

Our mission

Our mission is to help organizations make better use of their knowledge so people can work more effectively, make informed decisions, and keep important knowledge available as they grow.
We work toward this by combining practical products, services, and expertise with a focus on making complex things easier to understand and use.

Our values

Our values describe how we try to work with each other and with our customers.

Transparency

We share relevant information openly and explain decisions and their context where possible.

Ownership

We take responsibility for our work and follow through on what we commit to. When something goes wrong, we focus on solving the problem and learning from it.

Respect

We treat colleagues, customers, and partners with consideration, even when we disagree. Different perspectives help us make better decisions.

Pragmatism

We look for solutions that work in practice. Not every problem needs a complicated process, and not every decision needs to be perfect before we move forward.

Putting our values into practice

Our values are not intended as statements on a wall. They influence everyday decisions: how we communicate, how we give and receive feedback, how we run meetings, and how we respond when something does not go as planned.
You can find more about these principles in How We Work Together and the Code of Conduct.
