Company Culture/Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected from everyone at NeoCompany: treating colleagues, customers, and partners with respect, acting with honesty and integrity, and avoiding conflicts of interest.

It also covers practical topics such as appropriate use of company resources, gifts and hospitality, and how to handle situations where personal interests might conflict with the company's. Everyone is expected to read and acknowledge the Code of Conduct as part of onboarding.

Violations of the Code of Conduct can be reported confidentially through the Incident Reporting process or directly to People Operations. Reports are handled seriously, and retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is not tolerated.
