The Code of Conduct describes the standards of behavior expected from everyone in the organization. It applies to how we work with colleagues, customers, partners, and other people we interact with through our work.

Our expectations

We expect everyone to:

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism.
  • Act honestly and with integrity.
  • Take responsibility for their decisions and actions.
  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, and other inappropriate behavior.
  • Protect confidential information and use company resources responsibly.
  • Disclose and appropriately manage situations where personal interests may conflict with the interests of the organization.

The Code of Conduct is part of onboarding and is expected to be read and acknowledged by all employees.

Practical situations

The Code of Conduct also provides guidance on situations that can be less straightforward, including:

  • Gifts and hospitality from customers, partners, or suppliers
  • Appropriate use of company resources
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Conduct when representing the organization externally

When in doubt, ask before acting. Discuss the situation with your manager or People Operations when you are unsure how a particular situation should be handled.

Raising a concern

If you experience or witness behavior that may violate the Code of Conduct, you can raise the concern with your manager, People Operations, or through the Incident Reporting process.
Reports are handled seriously and as confidentially as possible. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
