Responsibilities
- Define and implement the IT strategy in line with business objectives
- Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operation of IT systems and services
- Manage the IT budget, vendors, and service contracts
- Ensure information security controls are implemented and effective
- Oversee change, incident, and disaster recovery management
- Lead and develop the IT team
- Ensure compliance with applicable IT-related legal and contractual requirements
- Report on IT performance, risks, and projects to the CEO
