Scope
This policy applies to all employees, processes, products, services, and activities within the organization that have or may have an impact on the environment.
Policy Statement
The organization is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of its activities, preventing pollution, and continually improving its environmental performance.
Commitments
The organization shall:
- Prevent pollution and reduce waste, emissions, and resource consumption
- Use energy, water, and materials efficiently and responsibly
- Establish and review measurable environmental objectives and targets
- Maintain and continually improve the EMS
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation and other binding obligations
- Promote environmental awareness among employees, suppliers, and other interested parties
Responsibilities
- Top Management is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining this policy
- Employees are responsible for adhering to this policy and for working in an environmentally responsible manner
Review
This policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its continuing suitability and alignment with organizational objectives.
