Discussion
Employee Feedback
The team reviewed the results of the latest employee survey.
Overall satisfaction remains stable. Employees highlighted flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development as positive aspects of the current employee experience.
The most frequently mentioned areas for improvement were workload during peak periods and greater visibility of employee recognition activities.
Wellbeing and Workplace Support
The feedback was compared with the current Wellbeing and Workplace Support offerings.
Existing resources cover several of the areas mentioned in the survey, but employees may not always be aware of what is available.
Recognition and Engagement
The team discussed the feedback around recognition and agreed that the existing recognition activities should be communicated more consistently across teams.
The team will review participation and feedback again after the next communication cycle.
