We are excited to announce that our Mentorship Program has reached an important milestone: more than 100 employees are now actively participating as mentors or mentees.
The program was launched last year to support professional growth, knowledge sharing, and cross-department collaboration. Since then, participation has steadily increased, with employees from Engineering, Sales, Product, HR, and Customer Success joining the initiative.
Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive. Employees frequently cite career guidance, expanded professional networks, and increased confidence as key benefits of the program.
Over the next quarter, HR will introduce additional resources for mentors, including discussion guides, recommended development topics, and optional group learning sessions.
We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the success of the program so far. Registration for the next mentorship cohort will open in August.
