Discussion
Employee Feedback
Feedback from employees who joined during the last three months was reviewed.
Overall feedback remains positive. Several employees mentioned that the first weeks were easier when they had a clear contact person within their team.
A small number of employees also reported delays in receiving access to internal systems during their first week.
Wellbeing and Workload
The team discussed feedback relating to workload during periods of increased activity. Flexible working arrangements continue to be viewed positively.
No immediate changes to the current wellbeing offerings were considered necessary.
The team agreed to continue monitoring feedback and revisit the topic after the next employee survey.
Learning and Development
Participation in technical and compliance training remains strong. Participation in leadership and communication workshops is lower.
The team discussed whether available opportunities are sufficiently visible to employees.
