Buddy Program
The team discussed how the Buddy Program could better support new employees in finding information and resources during their first weeks.
Buddies are often asked questions about processes, tools, and everyday ways of working. The team agreed that buddies should not be expected to know every answer themselves. Instead, they can help new employees find the relevant information or identify the right contact.
Outcome / DecisionThe Buddy Program guidance will be updated to explicitly encourage buddies to help new employees find the right information and resources.
New Starters and Onboarding
Three new employees are scheduled to start in the coming weeks. The team reviewed the current onboarding arrangements and confirmed that the required information is available.
