=== Candidate Pipeline ===

The overall candidate pipeline has improved since the previous review. Four candidates have progressed to interviews across the current priority roles.

The Senior Product Specialist vacancy has also attracted several new applicants following the expanded sourcing approach.

=== Interviews and Hiring Decisions ===

The hiring team reviewed feedback from the final interview for the HR Business Analyst position.

The interview panel recommended proceeding with the preferred candidate. Hakeem will confirm the final details with the hiring manager before the offer is prepared.

A second candidate for the Operations Specialist position will move to a final interview next week.

=== Recruitment Priorities ===

With two positions moving toward completion, the team agreed to focus recruitment activity in August on the remaining priority vacancies.

The Senior Product Specialist role remains the main recruitment focus.
